MultiPress for offset printers

Numerous happy users from Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg prove on a daily basis that MultiPress best fits the administrative needs of an offset printing business. The beating heart of the application, sheet offset calculation ensures a very accurate calculation of the print job costs by means of a realistic approach of the production process. Obviously, you can always intervene in the process. This way, drawing up quotations becomes a piece of cake.

Learn how companies in your sector deploy the application’s other user-friendly features. These include relationship management, planning, delivery, invoicing and stock management which all seamlessly work together.

Get into a higher gear with Callas pdfToolbox

Correct print-ready PDF files are crucial for efficient production. Errors, if any, must be found quickly and reliably. That is why MultiPress uses pdfToolbox technology from Callas. Visual inspection, repairs, processing thousands of files without supervision, quality control, colour management, imposition, conversion to and from PDF... all this reduces unnecessary costs and discussions about deadlines.

Calculation, as straightforward as it can get!

A powerful order calculator has sound graphics knowledge and knows your production process through and through. The Calculation Wizard makes this crucial task far simpler.

With handy presets, only substrates, printing processes and finishing types that are relevant for that specific print job can be selected. Or simply import a PDF, and the most important parts of your calculation are filled in automatically. This makes a world of difference – with less errors, up-to-date prices and significant time savings

Sheet-based registration per signature!

The tasks of printers and operators have significantly expanded in recent years. That is why we have added a web-based registration module to MultiPress that can be viewed any time, anywhere. A job list is generated on the basis of your schedule and automatically sent to the operator.

Until recently, registration was done by order. With the new sheet-based registration method, you know how much time has been spent on each printed sheet (signature). The same applies to custom registration of pallet cards, where the next steps in the production process are clearly explained per sheet.
