Do you need support outside our office hours?
Dataline gives you the option to subscribe to a premium helpdesk contract so that you will also receive support outside office hours. It all depends on how essential it is for your company to be able to use our services if you have an urgent question or emergency outside office hours.
Our “Premium Help Desk” service has a 1st line helpdesk employee to give you support in such cases. The “Premium Helpdesk” is available on working days from 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m., and from 5.00 p.m. to 9.30 p.m., but also on Saturdays and bridging days from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
Of course, you can also submit queries 24/7 without the Premium Helpdesk via our digital MultiPress ticket system.
