Establishing a quick administrative restart after a merger
Social enterprises Nevelland in Ghent and Revam in Eeklo have a new name: Mirto. Together, they have some 300 employees, most of whom have a disadvantage on the labour market. Mirto offers a wide range of services. For example, it has a mailing department where employees prepare both small and large shipments, a cardboard department (formerly Revam's speciality), and a handling department where employees pack and/or finish goods. The common denominator is still top quality, out-of-the-box thinking ... and MultiPress! The fact that the latter comes with a well-documented API connection, which makes it easy to link up to a new accounting program, was a nice bonus.

Nevelland has been using MultiPress' web2print and file2print modules for many years. Their customers use these intensively to request quotations, place orders, and upload files. Revam uses FileMaker, but MultiPress works just as well with other packages. The programmed link to the accounting program Exact Online also works flawlessly: The bookkeeper is satisfied, everyone is happy.
