To enhance your experience and streamline our support process, we have migrated to a new system that offers improved features and functionality.
1. New Support Email Addresses
The new platform comes with new email addresses you can use to contact us with:
- For English-speaking customers: firstname.lastname@example.org
- For Dutch-speaking customers: email@example.com
- For French-speaking customers: firstname.lastname@example.org
- For German-speaking customers: email@example.com
If you send emails to our old support address, firstname.lastname@example.org, your message will still be redirected to the new ticketing system, we will ensure that the ticket is delivered to the appropriate department.
2. New Customer Portal
The previous help center, known as support.dataline.eu, will be redirected to customer.multipress.support. Customers can access minimum system requirements and release notes there.
- With our upgraded customer portal, accessing our support services has never been easier. Simply visit customer.multipress.support to explore a range of enhanced features tailored to meet your needs. From submitting and tracking support tickets to accessing knowledge base articles, this portal will serve as your go-to hub for all things support-related.
- ⚠️ IMPORTANT: sign up to this new portal with your existing email address. To ensure a seamless transition, we kindly request all our customers to sign up on the new customer portal using the same email address associated with your current account. This step will allow our ticketing system to synchronize your support history and ensure continuity in addressing your inquiries promptly.
