Obtaining international certificates through independent audits is not an endpoint for us, but a confirmation of our way of working: transparent, professional and with an eye to the future.
ISO 9001:2015
Dataline has been ISO‑certified for 15 years. We have renewed our certification year after year by consistently committing to excellence.
The audit is performed by the accredited certification body BQA and confirms that the following activities at Dataline Solutions have earned the quality label:
- advisory services in administrative and commercial matters, in relation to logistics processes
- software development for the graphic communications industry
- implementation of ERP projects
- training and guidance in ERP projects
ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard for quality management. This certificate is awarded only to organizations that, after a thorough audit, can demonstrate that the quality of products and services is structurally safeguarded. For Dataline, this means that we work according to clear processes, with continuous improvement as a core principle.

Training benefits in Belgium
KMO-portfolio
Is your print media company based in Flanders? Then you can make use of the KMO portfolio.
This measure provides financial support for training and consultancy provided by Dataline. Small enterprises receive 30% support, medium-sized enterprises 20%, with a maximum of €7,500 per year.

Brussels training grant
Is your print media company based in the Brussels-Capital Region? Then you can apply for a training grant.
This grant reimburses 40% to 70% of your training costs, depending on the size of your company.
GRAFOC
Are you a Flemish or Brussels print media company (PC130)? Then you can make use of GRAFOC training grants.
This allows you to strengthen your employees’ skills with a contribution ranging from €1,500 to €11,250 per year, depending on the number of workers and the grant level.
Applications are submitted via the GRAFOC ANNA web portal, where you check and import your employees’ data and then submit your grant application via ‘New application’. It is important to note that applications must be submitted no later than three months after the end of the calendar year.
There are also additional benefits: companies that have not used GRAFOC grants in the past three years are eligible for a one-time welcome grant of €1,000. Individual PC130 employees who independently pursue job-related training can also receive up to €250 per year.
