In recent years a lot has been invested in the machinery, but the last annual evaluation showed that the ERP software used was no longer adequate. Xgram had done its job well until now, but calculating the exact production cost, following up quotations and the integration with the Exact accounting package did not go as it should. On the administrative level, therefore, a thorough integration of the various applications was lacking.
