ISO certification renewed: what does this mean for you as a customer?

That is why we have our internal processes critically reviewed annually according to the strict standards of ISO 9001:2015. And again this year, we were awarded the official quality label.
Proof of quality in every step of our collaboration
Dataline has once again achieved the ISO 9001:2015 certificate. This renewal confirms that we, as an organisation, will continue to meet the strict international quality standards set by ISO in the years to come. Not just on paper, but especially in how we work with our customers every day.
The certificate was issued after an external audit by BQA, a recognised control body. During this audit, various areas of our operations were reviewed and approved. We were awarded the quality label for:
- the development of software for the graphic communication industry;
- advice in administrative and commercial areas, particularly regarding logistics processes and strategic decisions within printing companies;
- the implementation of ERP projects;
- and the training and guidance we provide during such projects.
In other words, every step you take with us as a customer, from advice and implementation to training and support, complies with the ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
