What started as a busy copy shop for students grew into a steady partner for businesses, from start-ups to international organisations. The flip side of that growth? An increasingly complex order flow. With many small online orders and a volume of around 2,500 jobs per month, their existing software proved insufficient. They sought a system that makes their work simpler, not heavier.

Paper, formats, grammages and product types are managed centrally, making every quote reliable and uniform.
• Production time management that fits a busy floor
  MultiPress distributes work based on capacity and required time. The planning cards show the status of paper, files, press occupancy and delivery date at a glance. In the event of changes, the system automatically adjusts the total production time, meaning planners have to communicate less on an ad-hoc basis.

An implementation that grows with the company

The roll-out took place in several phases. In the first phase, Script Laser chose quotes, stock management and a customer portal. This quickly ensured faster lead times and a lower administrative burden.

In the following phase, CRM and full production time management followed. This allows them to plan even more accurately and inform customers proactively.
