Files are supplied by customers with an order via the webshop. These files need to be thoroughly checked and this can result in extra costs and loss of time. To prevent this, MultiPress has its Online Proofing Portal based on the Callas PDF Toolbox. With this any errors in the files are immediately recognised and automatically repaired, without the client noticing and without disrupting your planning. If however, the errors turn out to be irreparable, the customer will automatically receive a clear report with the errors and warnings. In addition, the customer receives a visual representation of the errors in the file so that they are easier to recognise and correct.
If the file does not contain any errors, or the errors have been corrected automatically or by the customer, the file is forwarded directly to the corresponding order in the workflow. Corrected PDF files can also be added or inserted afterwards.
