MultiPress Service Contract
The service contract includes the following:
Top Priority Treatment
The right to submit requests regarding software functionalities, which will subsequently be evaluated by the CMIS user group.
Investigation of potential damage in the MultiPress database following a power outage or server hardware failure.
Personal and effective support (via email, phone, Desk) for modules for which the customer has already received training.
All requested software upgrades. If Dataline Solutions can perform the upgrade via a remote session, this can be done free of charge during office hours. Upgrades that require on-site execution will be performed after approval of the quote for these tasks, as well as upgrades outside office hours.
A free subscription to the customer e-newsletter (tips & tricks).
Free Zoho Assist: online screen capture for remote support.
Customers with the MultiPress module Report Generator can create their own reports (Dataline Solutions offers training for this). No reports are created via the helpdesk.
Important Terms
Excludes travel and installation costs.
Upon each contract renewal, Dataline will adjust its prices based on the evolution of cost price elements, inflation, and the HICP.
In addition to the standard service contract, Dataline also offers Premium Services.
